Hi Ryan,I am a South Florida Agent who is looking for a property in your area. They like the property at 5442 Windantide Rd, Saint Augustine, FL 32080. I have a couple of questions. One, does this area have any flooding issues. Two, since it is almost 1 acre, can any they build another building on the property? i.e mother-in-law bungalow. And an office.
